The purpose of the CVSC is to promote and foster the game of soccer on the youth amateur level in the Waterloo & Cedar Falls Metropolitan Area and surrounding communities. The CVSA carries out its purpose by sponsoring recreational and competitive soccer teams for youths less than nineteen (19) years of age and by providing training opportunities for coaches and referees.
